Sense Shift Advisory issues an independent read on whether an organisation can carry the transformation it has committed to, taken before the capital becomes irreversible. Where the organisation asks us to stay, we close the conditions that read named, at a fee fixed in the same bid. It runs on MOSAIC, an AI powered change framework built from twenty five large programmes across nine countries, read from the public record.
The problem
Large transformations are approved on the strength of a plan, a date and a business case. None of those three documents tests the single assumption that decides the outcome, which is whether the people and the operating model can absorb the change at the pace the date requires. That assumption is the largest line in the business case and the only one no function in the organisation is accountable for testing.
A contract expiry, a political commitment, a supplier roadmap or a competitor's move fixes the date long before anybody has evidence about what the organisation can absorb. In every one of the twenty five programmes we have read, the date came from somewhere other than the evidence.
Once the date exists, the case is built backwards from it. Absorption capacity quietly becomes whatever the date requires it to be, which converts it from a finding that could be tested into an assumption that never is.
Finance owns the money. Risk owns the risk register. Delivery owns the plan. Internal audit owns whether the process was followed. Nobody owns whether the organisation can carry what has just been committed to, so it is never formally answered by anyone.
What we do
Large programmes rarely fail because the technology was wrong. They fail because nobody tested the assumption that people would absorb the change, at the moment the money was committed.

Framework
Nothing is committed until the Anchor Point clears. It audits whether leadership is genuinely aligned and issues a single verdict on pace, which is full, phased or hold. The four movements that follow convert that verdict into structure, behaviour, operating model and sustained adoption, and the last of them feeds directly back into the first.
Selected evidence
Each case was read using only evidence that existed at the decision point, the verdict was written before the outcome was known, and every figure is sourced to a published audit, a parliamentary or congressional committee, a regulator or an independent evaluation.
In November 2006 Ford mortgaged effectively every asset it owned, including the Blue Oval trademark, to raise around $23.5bn. Two years later, when credit markets closed, it was the only one of the three American manufacturers that took no federal bailout and did not enter Chapter 11.
Read the full case Full paceIndia piloted biometric enrolment in 2010 and proved the model on a contained population before scaling it. Roughly 200 million people were enrolled by October 2012 and around 600 million within five years. The sequence is what earned the pace.
