Movement four of four
Sustained adoption. Embedded transformation.
Loop establishes whether the change has become how the organisation works. Adoption and benefits are measured at three, six and twelve months rather than assumed at go live.
Sense Shift provides an independent read on organisational load-bearing capacity.
Loop determines whether adoption and culture shift are holding over time, and whether the benefits in the business case are being realised rather than assumed.
Whether the change has held or decayed, and which benefits are genuinely real. A single post implementation review is replaced by two continuous, evidenced answers.
Embedding almost always closes too early. Most programmes end at go live, which is the point at which adoption has barely started. Benefits are realised here or they are not realised at all.
Two AI diagnostics running continuously for twelve months. One tracks adoption against the mapped flow, the other tracks benefits against the original business case.

The point at which the programme can close
Improvements originate inside the business rather than from the programme team. That is the only credible signal that the change has been absorbed, and it is where Loop feeds back into Fuse.
All seventeen diagnostics are built. Each has a guide, a prompt, a worked example and sample data. Diagnostics marked built, not yet run have never been run against one of the twenty five programmes, because they need manager level signal or closed case records that no public audit publishes. Built and run are different claims and are recorded separately.
MOSAIC names its movements, its deliverables and its tools. The diagnostics, scoring, thresholds and decision rules that sit underneath them are proprietary and are not published.
Note for review. The at a glance detail on this page is drafted from the framework logic. The Anchor Point and Fuse pages come directly from the source deck. This movement has no source slide yet, so this content needs your sign off before launch.
The human journey
Ownership, confidence
This is simply how we work now.
Embedding behaviours. Reinforcing through peer influence rather than programme communication.
Sustaining without support
We are improving the system as we use it.
Launching new ways of working. Sustaining the change without the programme present.
Confident in the system
Can this run without us holding it in place?
Withdrawing deliberately and letting the system carry itself.
