The five checks can be made at any point in a programme's life, including one you have inherited from somebody else, because they are checked against evidence that already exists. Every programme has a next irreversible commitment.
If you have carried a transformation at scale and can tell us where this framework would have failed you, that is worth considerably more to us at this stage than agreement.

The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins and it does not move with the verdict. A hold earns exactly what a full pace earns. Fees are banded by the whole-life value of the programme being read, and quoted in the first conversation.
