Archana is the Founder of Sense Shift Advisory and the creator of MOSAIC, an evidence‑based diagnostic instrument that tests whether organisations can absorb transformation at the pace they commit to. She brings more than 14 years of experience across global healthcare and pharma, specialising in alignment, culture dynamics, leadership behaviour, and the human conditions that determine whether large‑scale change succeeds or stalls.
Her career spans India, Europe, and the US, where she supported senior leaders through strategy shifts, culture evolution, and enterprise-wide change. Her work focuses on the behavioural and organisational realities that sit beneath technology and operating model transformation, particularly alignment, culture gaps, manager activation, and pace realism.
MOSAIC emerged from her multi-year study of 25 transformation programmes across nine countries. Instead of relying on surveys or practitioner opinion, she analysed public-record evidence: audit reports, regulator findings, parliamentary committees, independent evaluations, and closed cases. From this, she built the Anchor Point gate, the four movements Fuse, Pitch, Shape and Loop, and the Full, Phased or Hold pace decision.
Archana holds a BBA, an MA, and an MBA in Business for Humanity from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
